We've got ourselves a classic with this original Hans J. Wegner EASY chair from Furniture Dome, Nagoya. I didn’t know it’s fairly compact as it fits inside the Vitz (Yaris or Echo, depending on where you are). Sweet!

Barriors
One thing that gets stuck at the back of my head is Barriors. It relinquishes its hold on the cartoon/ animation sector. With their US background and a lot of input on their roots, they have created a mixture of East meet West concept. Personal in appearance and with innovative philosophy, it makes you wanna embrace this website and even join the cause of their tribe. It's definitely a must-see. Plus as a bonus, you can get a free download of the Barriors Headhunter Figure. Wicked!

崖の上のポニョ Gake no Ue no Ponyo
I finally saw Ponyo as with its complete title Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea. Its legendary creator Hayao Miyazaki this time wants to remain a traditionalist and uses hand-drawn animation only. Although it may have taken ages to do, the result is very astonishing indeed. The waves, for instance, had a very galloping effect. Although it felt like watching cartoon in my youthful years, there is somewhat a balance of old and new.
The storyline may have a certain je ne sais quoi but I can’t help it but compare it to Disney’s The Little Mermaid which I shouldn't really as the plot is completely different. In brief, it has all the twists and catchy tunes of a Ghibli classic and I don’t know how he does it but he can understand somehow how my little niece think. Weird!
